Daily Telegraph – A Royal Navy captain who was flown back to Britain after accusations of bullying and harassment was permanently removed from the command of his ship yesterday. David Axon’s leadership and management on board HMS Somerset fell “significantly short of the exemplary standards the Royal Navy requires of its commanding officers”, the Navy said in a statement.
