U.S. to Transfer Maritime Reconnaissance Aircraft, Patrol Vessels to Philippine Coast Guard

USNI News – The Pentagon and Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) finalized a contract Monday to transfer American aircraft and patrol vessels to the archipelagic nation.
